How healthy is my diet?!


Question: How healthy is my diet!?
Breakfast: Oats with plain low-fat yogurt and sultanas!.
Lunch: Wholemeal bap with spinach and mushrooms!.
Dinner: Small jacket potato with WeightWatchers' baked beans, a sprinkling of low-fat mature cheddar cheese, some broccoli and cauliflower florets!.
Dessert: Homemade berry & banana smoothie (10 strawberries, 10 raspberries, half a small banana, 140g yogurt, a tsp of honey, dash of lemon juice)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
