It really depends on when you go to bed and when you get up in the morning!. People who tell you any one set time are full of it!. The general idea is that you should eat small meals every 2-3 hours while awake, including something very light 1-2 hours before you go to bed, whenever that is!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
