Anyone know any good exercises for girls?!


Question: Anyone know any good exercises for girls!?
I am on a diet & it is going pretty well i have been eating right & exercising but what i want to know is what are some good exercises for girls because i have an exercise bike & i do it for 40 min a day but my sister said that i will get really muscular legs! I want a feminine figure not a manly one! :(

Does anyone know exercises that will help me lose weight but not make me too muscular like a guy!?

I really want my body to look similar to my idol So Hee from Wonder Girls!.

You will NOT, I repeat, NOT get a "manly" body!. This is a common MISCONCEPTION!. It is physiologically IMPOSSIBLE for a female to build the same muscle mass a male!. We do NOT have the testosterone levels!.!.!.!.PERIOD!. Your sister is dead wrong, and you need not listen to her!. You WANT to get on that bike and tone your legs!. You know why!? Because muscle tone burns FAT while SITTING and being non-active at a faster rate than fat!.

Furthermore, there are no such things as "girl" exercises!. Men and women do the SAME exercise!. The amount of weights may vary!.!.!.that's it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Running will leave you with a very feminine figure, it is also one of the the best cardio workouts that you can do!.

I suggest you find a place you can actually go out and jog/run, and go do that!. Also, try to cut 300 ish calories from your diet each day!. You won't even notice 300 cals a day, and that's equal to losing a pound every 12 days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
