Im fat!. Im 13!. Can anyone help me with some exercises plans!?

If you are really not used to exercise of any kind, than you need to start out slowly!. Otherwise what will happen is that you will get achy muscles and then you won't want to do it anymore!.

So, start out by simply walking!. Go at a comfortable pace, but walk until you start feeling a bit tired!. Then turn around and walk back home again!. Each day, try to go a little bit farther!. After a while, you'll also start walking faster, just because your muscles will be getting stronger!.

Once you feel that you will not get any more benefit from walking, now is the time to add in something fun, such as bike riding, playing tennis, rollerblading/skating ice skating, swimming -- anything that you find fun and it forces you to get moving!.

If you can get a family member or a friend to do this with you, you will have more fun doing it and will stick with it longer!. So, even with walking, try to find a friend to walk with you!.

Oh, and if it's too cold or not safe to walk where you live, is there any way you could go to a mall!? That can be a lot of fun to walk around a mall -- just make sure you don't spend money and don't buy any goodies to eat while you're there!.

You must also start watching what you eat as well though!. I'm not going to say to go on a diet, because personally I don't feel people should go on diets!. I feel you should try to eat healthier though!. Try to eat fruits instead of candies/cookies and try to make sure you eat as many vegetables as you can each day!. If you normally eat white bread, try to eat whole wheat instead!. And if you normally eat until you feel stuffed, try to stop when you still feel comfortably full instead of stuffed!.
