Protein shake/ workout question?!
Question: Protein shake/ workout question!?
I'm 20 years old, 6'2, 183lbs 8-9% body fat!. I workout 6 times a week (chest/triceps day!. back/biceps day, leg day with arms mixed in) Sunday is a day off!. I take 3-3!.5 shakes everyday!. One after breakfast, one before and one after a workout!. With the shakes and my diet I have around 170 grams of protein and somewhere around 3000 calories maybe more!. Is this a good workout/diet!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I believe you workout too much!. Maybe 5 days a week max!.
If you are planning to have 3 protein shake daily I suggest you this:
1!. Morning when you wake up
2!. After workout
3!. Right before you sleep
Also try to minimize your protein shake and consume more natural protein such as egg, meat, fish, almonds !.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you want to keep your muscle mass and add more you should intake between one and one and a half grams of protein per pound of body weight that you are daily!. So if you weigh 183 pounds!.!.!.eat at least 183 grams of protein per day!. Shakes are good!.!.!.but not as good as lean meats for fast muscle gains!.
