Question: How many times a week should a beginner practice Yoga!?
Answers:
Depends on if you do a vigorous practice or a more gentle one!. There are several styles of yoga, and each one is different as to how challenging and demanding they are on the body!.
I suggest if you do a vigorous practice, to alternate the next day with a gentle practice, then perhaps a vigorous one the day after that, to give your body time to recover from the challenging practice!.
It's completely up to you!. There is no harm in practicing every day, and actually it is better to practice for 15 minutes a day than it is to practice 1 hr once or twice a week!. Yoga is best when incorporated into your daily lifestyle!. I like to do 15 minutes of stretching each day before I start my day, and 10 minutes of gentle easy stretches before bed to help me relax!. It has made a huge difference in how I feel!. I also try do at least 1 or 2 one hour to 90 minute classes each week!. I wish I could do more, but my schedule doesn't allow!. But I sure noticed when I was not doing it daily!

Every day will NOT harm!. You need to go gradually as you just begin with it!. Breathing exercises will help you to stay motivated for the long run!. Yoga will results fantastic results on your health!. Be yoga!
