Running/ eating well ?? Help?!


Question: Running/ eating well !?!? Help!?
I read about knew injury, so I shouldn't run everyday I guess!? I'm planning to run every OTHER day for about 2 hours in the morning!. Is that good enough!? I'm not sure, but i'm 5'2 and I weigh honestly about 135!. I don't want to be super thin, but okay for my height!. Also, i'm not sure what I can and cannot eat!. I know a big part of loosing the weight is keeping it off!. So what is okay and what is not okay to eat!? Thanksgiving is tomorrow!? Am I allowed to have the essentials!? Like, gravy, potatoes and roastbeef!? I'm not so sure!.

The formula for losing weight is not difficult - consume less food and move more - the issues arise when we actually try to put that into practice! hi, its not ok to starve urself!.but u can have the food!.!.potato are not bad if it is boiled and mashed!. but try to use margarine instead of butter,and try to use less cheese!.!.!.u can have beef with gravy!.!.!.but take a small portion!.

try not to consume more and more potato!. u can have 2 or 3 times in a week!. u can have oat meal or whole wheat bread 2 slices 1 glass of skimed milk in break fast, in lunch u can have risotto, or any grilled chicken/beef/pork and salads!. if u r eating salads try to make a dressing out of low fat youghurt rather than meyo!.

then in the afternoon one cup tea( try to avoid cCoffee with 1 tsp sugar and milk(u can take any milk low fat, or full cream) then ssandwich!.try to eat less muffins!.

in the dinner u can have anything but don't eat too much butter,oily food,pizza,coke,fries!.!.

first of all don't drink soda and fflavoredor energy drink!.!.its full of fat!.drink only plain water!.

in BF u can have egg oomeletwith green veg!.!.:

3 egg beated, any pepper cut into strips(1/2 pepper), baby spinach handful, salt and ppepperto taste,tomato chopped, then take a oven proof pan!. then spray little oil!.then pour the eggs,add vegs!.!.!.season with salt and ppepper!.!.cook for 2 min!. then keep in the oven abt!. 15 to 20min!. and enjoy!.!.!.
