Well I think you have to be careful here, because the fastest ways to lose weight also tend to be the most dangerous and harmful to your body!. It is important to stick to a sustainable plan that you can follow for the long term!. Losing weight might be easy, but keeping it off is the real challenge!.

Get on a light exercise plan, watch what you eat (avoid fatty foods and carbs, especially late at night), don't eat late, eat smaller portions, and drink plenty of fluids!. Water is always best, but I like low calorie Gatorade!. Staying hydrated is very essential in weight management!. A Daily calorie deficit and more exercises!. Regardless of what diet you choose that is the only way to lose weight!. All diets are designed around that premise!. The real trick is finding what diet works for you in the sense that you are willing to except it and simply do it!. Will power is the key!.
I lost weight by counting calories!. I would write down everything I ate and all the calories the best I could!. I would keep a running total and at the end of everyday if my daily calorie intake requirement was 3500 and I ate 2500 calories for that day then my deficit is 1000 calories!. You need 3500 calories to loose and pound, so ever 3!.5 days I would lose a pound!. and so on and so on!.!.!. Adding exercise everyday like walking and or weight training will increase you daily calorie requirements and so if you ate the 2500 calories but worked out that day then you deficit will be more!. The amount would depend on what exorcise you do!. There are allot of web site out there that will list the exorcises and the calories burned!. To find out what your daily calorie intake is, search the 'net for 'Daily calorie calculator' and enter in the info and it will tell you what yours is!. You can stil eat fast food and even junk if you do it this way you just cant alot of it!. If you consume all you daily calories with candy bars and fast food you will soon get very sick!. But a Mc Ds sandwhich ever so often isnt to bad just write it down and add it in to the total for the day!. Fast food is high calorie though, you will find that a big mac, fries and a shake will pretty much wipout the entire days calorie goal!. Grains and bread products are very filling!. Fresh fruits, vegatables and natural organic foods are ussually very low in calories and fill you up pretty good!. The foods with perservitives are the ones that are in in caloties!.
