Question: How long will it take me to gain 14 Pounds!?
I am an ectomorph and I am struggling to remain at my current weight but I need to gain at least 14 pounds to be my ideal weight and it is so difficult, what should I do to put on this essential weight and how long is it likely to take!? I can't even seem to gain a pound a weekWww@Answer-Health@Com

yea i got same problem, just try and eat healthy carbs and proteins and workout with weights daily!. It still may not work cuz i still struggle even with that but its the only way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
