Answers:
yeah, do research on http://bodybuilding!.com!. You don't replace fat with muscle, you won't lose fat while weightlifting if you are trying to gain muscle, make your own protein shakes, weight loss tablets are garbage, you won't suddenly get big from weightlifting especially since you don't really know anything about it!.

If you want to gain muscle you have to gain fat, if you want to lose fat, you won't gain muscle because you need a calorie surplus to build muscle and a calorie deficit to burn fat!.

edit:
what contradiction!? I said he can't replace fat with muscle (that means you can't burn fat and build muscle at the same time) because you need more calories than you burn to build muscle and you need less calories than you exert to burn fat!. So since you can't be above and below your matinence at the same time, you can't lose fat and gain muscle!.

Low rep/high weight tears your muscle fibers and cause them to regrow to be able to handle the thing that caused them to tear, which makes you stronger and bigger!.

High rep/low weight builds muscle endurance at a certain weight, so you will be able to to more reps at 15lbs, but you won't be stronger and you won't get bigger because your muscles will not have any reason to grow!.

Unless you are under 13 or haven't reached puberty yet, you won't stop growing!. I'm 16, I lift, and I still grow!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Okay don't listen to the comment about you have to gain fat to gain muscle!. That's so stupid because totally conflicts with what he said right before about you replace fat with muscle!.
So, here is the truth!. Since you are 16 years old, I would not recommend working out with heavy weights trying to get your strength up!. Your still growing and don't want to close off your growth plates!. I would do more reps and 4-5 sets with moderate weight just so you can get the blood pumping!. You will loose fat if you lift weights at a cardio pace, usually you do circuit training!. That means you work a different bodypart out one after another with very little rest!. Also, for every pound of muscle you have that's 50 extra calories you burn a day!. Protein shakes are somewhat essential to replace the loss of vitamins and minerals while you workout!. There are a few diet pills that do work like muscle-tech hydroxycut, xenadrine, stacker 2 or 3 but in the end diet and cardio is what helps those things to work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
