Question: Oh gosh!. did i gain weight!?
today!
breakfast: 1/2 cup oats, 2 tbsp powder coffee creamer
lunch: wheat pita, 3 oz turkey, 3 tbsp hummus
dinner: CUP butter crunch cashews, fiber one poptart, diet hot chocolate

i know, a lot!. ahhh!
can i gain off that!? 14 years old, 5'6 and weigh 120Www@Answer-Health@Com
