Question: BODYBUILDING WEIRD BODY TRAINING FOR 10 POINTS!.!?
Hi i started doing bodybuilding but the thing is my chest grows at an average speed i have put some size on it but my arms are still very thin i just cant put muscle size on them! their still only 12 inches unflexed!.

furthoremore i try not to trin my legs because they are just so big and respond to trining easily my calfs are 15 inches now and i hardly train them! and my quads are huge to how can i get my rms bigger aka build arm mass only nothing seems to work!Www@Answer-Health@Com

A lot of people have trouble getting their arms to grow!. You just have to be persistant!. Even though your legs are big I suggest training them once in a while!. That will help with overall growth!. Keep training your chest and back hard and doing that will help your arms to grow!. Also, try different training methods for arms!. Go light and do more volume sometimes, and other days go heavy and do less volume!. Try supersets and trisets!. Try training them only once a week!. Try everything!. Lastly, make sure you are getting 1 1/2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight!. Don't neglect healthy fats and carbs!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try this arm exercise:

1!. Bend your knees and drop into a squat position

2!. Letting the dumbbells come to rest on the floor!. Make sure your back is straight and your knees don't extend beyond your toes!. In one move, kick your legs back, letting your weight rest on the dumbbells and your toes, as if in a pushup position

3!. Reverse the move and stand, pressing the dumbbells overhead

4!. Do two or three sets of six to 10 repetitions, resting for 60 to 90 seconds in between
