Question: Higher Metabolism or Just a Fatty!?
Recently i started watching what i eat so i could lose a little bit of weight!. I was doing real good at following all the basic rules of dieting!. Until I started working out!.!.!. I work out 5 days a week, 1 hour each day!. 3 days explosive weight training and 2 day Cardio/and abs!.!. Well after about 3 weeks of this, I cant get full anymore!. No matter how much i eat i am always hungry!. Is that normal!? should I ignore my hunger and stick to my 6 small meals a day!? Tonight, I ate a Big Dinner, and an hour later i wanted to eat again!.!.!. I would just like some tips please if anyone knows or has experienced this before In a change of lifestyleWww@Answer-Health@Com

How do you expect to feed your newly forming muscle and increased bone density!?

That is what is happening inside from your weight lifting and cardio and that's good news!.

If you don't eat enough protein and healthy leafy greens, then you are starving yourself, so eat more of these healthy things!.

Do you find yourself grazing on carbohydrates!? You will keep doing this until you get protein in your body!.

Your appetite will decrease if you eat more protein!.

Refined processed carbs triggers your liver to manufactures triglycerides and triglycerides are what makes hanging fat!.

Instead of a burger, you have a 5 ounce steak with steamed broccoli and a large chopped salad!.

Instead of a pizza, you eat a small serving of pasta with 2 Italian sausages and a side of sliced zucchini!.

Snacks have to be healthy, too!. Nuts have protein, turkey slices have protein, lentils and leafy greens combine to make protein!.

try working out every other day!. On the days you work out, you can eat more because you are burning more calories!. Think about it this way: your body never wants you to lose weight!. If you're always losing it from dieting, adding exercise burns so many more calories that your body is signaling you to eat more in order to give it nutrients!. If you don't feed yourself more, your body will be holding on to that fat for dear life

You aren't supposed to feel full really especially if you're dieting!. The point of the meals is to make you not hungry - but you're not supposed to feel "full"!. You do need to eat more with that kind of exercise plan - add a little protein to keep hunger away for longer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your never supposed to feel full, your just supposed to eat until you aren't hungry!. besides, the hungry feeling is your body burning fat basically so sit back and learn to enjoy knowing that your losing weight when your hungryWww@Answer-Health@Com

You just have a good metabolism, stick to what your doing!. It's better not to feel full when eating!. Stick to your six small meals a day!. you sound like your doing just fine!. keep it upWww@Answer-Health@Com

Exercise less!? 30 minutes should be enough!. Try a little more protein, but don't increase your carbs!. Carbs make you hungry!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
