Can someone tell me how to find the motivation / inner-strength / determination !


Question: Can someone tell me how to find the motivation / inner-strength / determination to lose weight!?
I know what to do, what to eat and not to eat!. I know that I need exercise!. But, I don't know how to discipline myself to actually do the things i need to do to lose it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think staying motivated is the hardest thing for me too! I wish there was some magic pill for that!. Sadly, there really isn't!.

So - I have found that the best way to stay motivated is to start small!. We all make lofty goals and get all excited, just to mess up once and lose that motivation after only 12 hours!.

I started simply eating differently!. Try eating small portions every 2 hours!. I mean - you probably already know that is how you should be eating - it's better for your metabolism and helps you watch better what you eat!. So just make sure that you are changing your eating habits slowly, just one day at a time!.

Also - get a friend to go running with you, you make it a point to tell people that you are going running (or walking) that way you will feel more obligated to go!.

No mattter what - just make small goals everyday!. Just for now - drop these huge goals that will take you months (or years) to reach!. Focus on only today!.

Try that for a few weeks and hopefully you will see a difference in how you think and how you act!. I hope this helps! Good luck at loosing the weight!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Actually, no!. No one can tell you how to find the motivation to stay on track!.It's up to you to stop making excuses and procrastinating!.

Here's something that helped me though!. If you want something to change (in this case, losing weight) you have to do something!. Nothing is going to change if you don't do something to make it happen!.

So, you say you know WHAT to do but that doesn't mean anything unless you actually DO it!. Makes sense, right!?

It might help you to find an exercise buddy so you can help motivate each other!. Sometimes helping someone else will help you help yourself!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do you love anyone!? Does anyone love you!? They want you to hang around, and excess weight will cost you, either in years of life or in mobility/health (your knees aren't built to handle excess weight, and you will be in the hospital for surgery, and every time you are put under, your life is in danger)!.

Do you know what you look like naked!? Take photos (if you can't invite a friend to do it, that's another indicator you're too fat)!. If you can't get naked in front of another person, use a tripod!. Get shots of all four sides, then find a magazine photo of someone the size your body should be and paste your head on that photo!.

If you're a woman, you put unnecessary strain on your baby with the extra weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do not give yourself a time line to lose the weight(ex!. 10lbs in one month), Do not weigh yourself-throw your scale away! Listen to your body and how you feel when you're done working out!. I'm not kidding, it's better to feel better than to see smaller numbers!. Start off slow and work your way up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need to make exercise a habit !.!.!. try pushing yourself to go everyday for a week !.!.!. then as the days keep going it will get easier and easier to do until it just becomes normal part of the day!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

What motivated me was the improvement in my health and prognosis, first off!. Secondly, I was hoping to entice my now ex husband!.!.!.that didn't work!.

hang out with people that are really into fitness!. They will get you moving for sure!. Doing a diet or exercise with people is the best way!. Just look at the show THE BIGGEST LOOSER for example!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
