Need advice please about my body?!


Question: Need advice please about my body!?
Please answer my questions seriously!.

I am a 175lb male 18 years old and am 5 feet 6 inches tall!.
Should I build muscle than burn fat 1st!? because i used to be about 260lbs at age 17 and then lost weight to about 180lbs by starving self and excerising!. I went down to 142lbs and gained weight purposely!.
I think I have a lot of body fat!. Should I gain muscle first to pick my fat up then lose weight healthy to get rid of excess fat!.

When I stand up straight MY spine kind of curves its not straight down!. What can I do to lengthen my spine straight!. I heard hanging on a pole for about 20 minutes a day helps that!. Does it!?


I want to get a perfect body by summer 09, whats the fastest way to lose all my body fat and get a six pack!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

first off, your spine is not supposed to be straight!. it has a natural curve to it - here is a view from the side

second - dont starve yourself, thats not healthy, and when you do that, you will burn muscle instead of fat!.

third - gaining muscle actually helps you burn more fat!. the more muscle you have, the more your metabolism works, so the more fat is burned!. but, exersice is still good!. you should work on doing both, not just one or the other!. just try to do some cardio, 3 times a week is a good start!. something like brisk walking, or running or jogging if you can do it, swimming is really good too!. even just riding your bike, or playing a sport! and add in some strength training - pushups, squats, crunches!.!.!. do about 15, twice!. do these kinds of things every other day (muscles need to repair themselves, they need to rest or they cant strengthen as well)!. some people like to focus on legs one day, and then next day upper body, so they still are doing them every day, but just different muscles groups!. you dont really need weights, your own body weight is good resistance to start with!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah gain muscle but loose weight at the same time but it is more important to gain the muscle first !.and when you do lift weights also run!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

a six pack is something like 80% diet so just eat healthy food like salads and stuff!. get loads of carbohydrates and low calories!. fight the temptation to eat chocolate!. u should lift weights!. take up a sport which involves physica activity!. cycling boxing ect!. and allways be thinking of the results of walking past the ladies with huge arms nd a six pack nd dont give up!. everynight get into a habbit of spending 10 mins outside skipping!. good luck m8!. im trying to do the same!. but i dont know n e think about a straight spine!. mine isnt straight!. im not sayin im bent or nothin!. but n e way good luck nd keep at it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
