Lose weight/get in shape by summer help?!


Question: Lose weight/get in shape by summer help!?
okay so since its only october, id really like to start working out and getting in shape/lose weight by summertime!. im five two and not getting much taller and i currently weigh 127 pounds!. i got a treadmill a couple months ago, and havent used it for a while so i think im going to put it to use!. would this be a good routine!?:

every other night run half to one mile at the speed 4!.5 mph, 100 crunches, a little bit of light weight lifting
on the nights in the middle do either a cardio, yoga, or pilates dvd

plus my diet will be normal--NO SODA--lots of cold water only eat when im hungry and in portions!. if i snack ill try to make it healthy

if i continue this throughout the year will i get good results!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most defiantly!. I suggest getting a pedometer!. I have one and I try to keep beating the weekly totals!. I also have a treadmill!. More suggestions!. Watch your calories!. Break your meals up into 6-8 meals!. WATER WATER WATER!. Drink a ton!. FIBER FIBER FIBER!. eat a ton fiber lover water to expel!. Look on my site to tell you the one I bought

Actually, you don't have to "diet" per se in order to lose weight, I discovered this at the web portal in the box below, they have loads of instruction, I melted away 6 pounds by using their methods!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
