Question: Is it okay to exercise every day for an hour a day, benifits of exercise!?

No it is not okay to exercise every day for an hour!. I mean its okay to exercise for an hour or so but not every day!. If your looking to build muscle you are going to have to take at least 1-2 days off for good results!. Because your body is going to need rest to grow more, your body starts to build muscle while you rest!. With that in mind you should also take a short nap, I mean if you have the time!. to build muscle is really time consuming!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Of course, as long as you don't have any conflicting health issues!. You'll be healthier, feel better, look better and should sleep better, too!. It is best to vary the types of exercise so as not to overwork muscles!. Concentrate on the lower body one day & the upper body the next and do some cardio (heart pumping) everyday, even a brisk 20-30 minute walk is beneficial!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sure, it's great to exercise everyday for an hour! Make it a combination of cardio, strength training, target exercises, and flexibility training!. Don't do the same things over and over--mix it up to keep your metabolism guessing!. With the exception of cardio, don't focus on the same muscle groups two days in a row!. I do exercise 5 days a week so I hope so! I do different types of exercise so I dont overwork or damage my muscles!. Some of the benefits are fat loss, getting fitter, more muscle tone, stronger, better sleep and just generally feeling better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
