How to build posterior deltoids.?!


Question: How to build posterior deltoids!.!?
I'm having trouble isolating and building my posterior deltoids!. I've added significant mass to the anterior and medial and now the shoulder is looking unbalanced!. Lateral and seated lateral raises don't seem to be working!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I assume you mean that bent over lateral raises aren't working for you!. Standard lateral raises (to the sides) work the medial head!.

You want either face pulls or reverse pec deck work!. I favor the reverse pec deck because I feel like it hits the rear delts a bit harder and I can go heavier without worrying about lower back issues!.

But I will sub in face pulls once a month to hit it from a different angle!.

Also you might want to try reverse incline (face down) dumbbell flyes!. That gives a bit a of rear head workout!.

I also like to alternate my upright rows with narrow and wide grip!. You'll feel a decent amount of secondary rear delt on that!.
