Question: What do you think puts on more body weight!?
Food that is heavier in weight or food higher in calories!? I am guessing the heavier item am i right!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

unfortunately ninja this is one battle you have backed the wrong fighter!.
it is the food higher in calories that puts on more body weight!. a lot of heavy foods are in fact just full of lots of water, which puts on very little weight, it just as you can imagine gets passed out!.
Also heavy protien foods, low in calories will convert only a small amount of their mass to building muscle!.
On the other hand a light fatty food will convert almost 1-1 to body weight, and be stored as fat

The pattern for losing weight is easy - consume less food and move more - the difficulties appear when we really try to put that into operation! If you eat more cals you need to exercise more to ensure you don't gain!.
