For sure you didnt over eat!. For breakfast I suggest you have eggs or something and have the grapes as a snack before lunch!.
you should eat more at breakfast to jump start your metabolism!.
& btw your not over weight at all! I dont think you need to lose a pound!. maybe you should do strength training to tone your skinny body!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Breakfast is good as the sugar in grapes gives you a proper insulin spike, but you should have ate more at breakfast as you had not eaten for about 8 hours+ due to sleeping over night!.
Sushi Box- contains fats but you need them and the bannana is a good source of complex carbs!. This is good!.
Dinner- this is where you messed up!. The salad is fine!. But the potato contains complex carbs that are going to be emitted slowly when you sleep!. Your sleep is the point where your metabolism is at it's slowest, since you aren't using any energy during sleep, your carbs are going straight to the gut!.
Overall you need to find a proportion of:
45% Protein Sources
40% Carbs- (25% Simple, 15% Complex)
and 15% fats coming mostly from monounsatured fats!.
