P90x!. A friend bought one cardio DVD off of the used DVD clearance rack and asked me to check it out!. Kicked my ***!. I loved it!. I'd order the whole set if I could afford it!. Look into it, it will definitely work if you commit to the program!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Deinitely Winsor Pilates!. In a week or two of doing it, I love my bod!. Even if I get lazy for a while, I can start up again a couple of weeks before an event I want to look perfect for and it's like I never stopped!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would recommend a Yoga dvd!.!.!.not only will it make you more flexible, loose weight, tone you up it really relaxing too!.!.!.It worked for me!Www@Answer-Health@Com
