How is weight lost on humans?!


Question: How is weight lost on humans!?
When I exercise (treadmill) and diet, where is the weight going!?

I imagine down the toilet and sweating it off!. The treadmill says I lost 300 calories, so does that mean I had sweat it off!? Was 300 burned calories converted to sweat!? Confused!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Um okay!. You do realize that fat is stored energy!. You burn it as energy!. Have you heard of Einstein's equation E = mc squared!? It means that energy equals mass times the speed of light!. Mass can be converted into energy and vice versa!. You are converting the fat into energy!.

That's like asking when you burn wood, where does all the wood go!? There's less ash than wood - it DISAPPEARS!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hey, we are animals, too!.!. The same rules apply for all life!. We exchange energy from fuel to waist!.

Burning calories is supposed to be talking about how much theoretical energy has been burned from foods taken into your body as fuel!.

Thus, you don't lose any noticeable fat or gain any significant muscle from just one work out!. The change is subtle and takes a long time!.

The only thing you noticeably lose in one workout is water weight and you need the water to keep from getting dizzy when working out, so make sure you drink it!.

PS!. Burning calories has nothing to do with how much fat you are losing!. This is why there are many people on a reduced calorie diet who work out that don't lose fat weight!.

Because, they are eating the wrong kind of calories!. Different foods with the same amount of calories are utilized by the body differently!. One can cause you to create fat and another can support lean muscle and healthy bones!.

That is why I take those calorie gages with a grain of salt!. I go by a tape measure and continue to eat right and exercise and ignore the calorie counting and weight scales!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The dynamics of weight loss are related to the changes your body makes when you follow your genetically tailored diet!. There are two factors!.

I believe the fat on the body is an energy source, a food supply that is tucked away incase your stomach has nothing to offer when more "energy" is needed!. So, weight or fat, does not really go anywhere, except consumed by the body!. Much like where the gas in a car goto!. It gets used!.

Burnt calories is only how much of this "energy" was used up!. It's not really a thing!. More like a measurement!.
