Question: How do you know when you've lost weight(fat)!?
when you exercise you burn fat,but also gain muscle and muscle weighs more than fat so when you hit the scales it'll just look like you've gained more fat won't it!? so my question is how do you know, is it just physical appearance!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you do not want to grow muscle, stop eating and excersize, it worked for me!. its the food that makes you grow muscles when you excersize!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yes!. You can also use a caliper at certain fatty areas!. They also have machines that send a current through you to give you more precise measurements!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
im going through the same thing!. all ive done is cut down on my toning eg only do 1 lot of reps instead of 2 and ive dropped a dress size and started to lose weight but still feel toned!.
