Question: Help how can I lose a few pounds!.!.!.!?

I am about 5 ft 8 1/2 - 5ft 9 and around 9 stone 7-8 I would like to get to about 9 stone!. I am 18!. How can I do this, what sort of foods should I eat etc!.

To all the people that say eat less and exercise more I would ask - do you know that when you cut down on your food intake your body starts to expect a famine - it expects you to conserve your energy rather than do extra exercise!. Either eat a normal diet and increase your exercise or diet and do a regular toning programme!. Slim (this is when your body is firm and fit ) this means your muscles are healthy and your fat layer is just a healthy covering!. You can be lighter (muscle loss) and still have lots of fat on your body!. A piece of muscle weighs approx!. three times more than the same size of a piece of fat ,so when you lose weight, if it is mostly muscle you are only getting lighter not necessarily much slimmer!. The problem with your question is that if you look in "search for questions" it comes up 30 times every day!. I have had some criticism for repeatedly using the same answer, but since I am happy with my answer, and the questions are the same, I don't see the issue with recycling the same answer!.

'Diet Pills' gives 607, Green tea 482, Hoodia 195, 'pink patch' 119, 'Xenical' 91 'Reductil' 78, 'Slim fast' 215 (and Slimfast 69 ), lipotrim 44 and 'orlistat' 40 !. Do you spot a pattern here!? OMG that is 60,000 questions with the same basic theme, wanting to lose weight!

Here comes the only answer, no tricks, no pills, no short cuts, If you really want to lose weight, loose weight, not be too fat or overweight, follow these instructions carefully:-

1) Eat less
2) Take regular vigorous exercise

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together!.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which

bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you

I would really love to say go shopping!.!.!.lose a few pounds!? Ha ha!.!.!.huh!.
But that's not very useful, so I'm gonna say as well as eating the right stuff (balanced diet, don't have to radically change what you eat, just cut out snacks, unhealthy stuff, etc) start doing a sport you enjoy, so that getting exercise isn't boring!.

You are plenty light enough - for that height, you do not need to lose more weight! It is far far more important to be fit and healthy than skinny!. Do exercise and concentrate on toning to keep your muscles in shape!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
