Question: How do I lose a whole lot of weight very very very very very very very very fast!?
i am 14, weigh probably almost 200 lbs and i'm 5 ft 6 in!. I am always picked on and i keep saying that i'll do something but i can't stop eating and i hate to exercise!.!.!. HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

sorry sweety!.!.!. if you don't control your eating and force yourself to exercise, you never will lose the weight!. It is the horrible fact that surrounds us all!. You must actually work on achieving a better body!.
And it wont happen very very very fast either!. It takes time and dedication!. There are many websites to help you get on the right track and find motivation!. Once you start exercising and eating healthy you will feel better about doing it!.
And please stay off of the weight loss pills!. You may lose lots of weight on them but if you stop taking them you will gain the weight back very quickly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Honestly, the fastest way would probably be surgery, although that is probably a bit extreme!. Hmm, you can't stop eating and you hate exercise, that is not a good combo!.!.!. Besides surgery, pills, other extreme things!.!.!. the only way to get rid of the wait is to eat healthy and to excersice even if you hate it, and I am telling you it won't be fast, but eventually you can get to a weight that your comfortable with!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Starving yourself and if you do eat throw up!. Exercise a lot!. The only problem is that it's not healthy!. In fact I don't think it's healthy at all to lose weight very very very very very fast!. Unless you get surgery and now a days!. that can also be dangerous!. He healthy and exercise but don't over exercise!. You feel better when you actually work hard and the good thing is this will make you more careful about gaining weight because everything you feel like pigging out, you'll think of all the hard work you had to do to get the body you want!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It takes discipline!. There are no quick fixes!. Exercise will not only help cut back on your weight, but it will help you to not care about what those idiots picking on you think!. You don't have to stop eating!. You just have to start eating the right things!.

And please, please don't even think about eating disorders as an option - I have three very good friends with them and one of them will probably die from it within the year!.

Stop drinking POP!. Tell your parents you want help loosing weight and to buy you healthy snacks!.

The trick to weight loss is:
A) Drink lots and lots of water 10 glasses a day!. You will pee alot but what it does is help carry the fat and cholestrol out of your body before it sticks in you problem areas!.

B)Cut out all of the high calorie POP, Chips Cookies

C)DONT STARVE YOUR SELF!. When ever you starve yourself your body thinks you are in "SURVIVAL MODE"!. So what it does it stores every calorie you eat since it doesnt know when it will get food again!.

D) Eat 6 small and healthy meals or snacks a day

E) Excersize even though you dont want to!. If you have a Dog just take it on a fast paced walk evey day!. Run up your stairs at home!.


I was 5'2" and 240 when I was 13 and did exactly what I described and with 4 months I was 5'6" and 140!. Stick to these guidelines and I guarantee you will see results within weeks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

How exactly do you think you can lose weight without activity!? Can't you at least do some type of dancing, or walking, or sport!?

You need to control your eating and slowly (each day) try to make healthier food choices drink more water, NO Soda, and snack on fruits and veggies, leave food on your plate each meal and don't go back for 2nds-but without exercise it will take a lot longer to lose weight!.

try just going for a 30 minute walk every day!. It doesn't have to be speed-walking, just getting some activity!.
Also, cutting down on junk food is easier than you think! What i like to do is substitute fat-free cool whip for ice cream, use strawberries in lite syrup on pancakes instead of regular maple syrup, and if i feel like i want some peanut butter, i make sure i eat it with an apple or celery instead of on bread!.

i know exactly what you are going through and i am 13 and am 160 pounds and i have tried everything and nothing seems to work i try to become bulimic but that didn't work it just made it worse and i tried to starve my self and i lost 10 pounds in 1 week and then didn't lose andy for the rest of the month!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok do you really want to lose the weight SUPER FAST!. there is a way, but ill get lots of thumbs down for it but still if you use this method you'll lose a TON of weight real fast!. Ok here goes!.

Its called Purging!. After everymeal stick ur finger down your throat and it will cause a reflex action that will make you vomit!. That way you'll lose weight and wont pack on more weight!. I aint done that before though but its real common with teenage girls!.

I think it's really hard to lose weight very fast!. But you should eat normally and stop eating snacks (if you do) after 9 p!.m!.

you've got to exercise (and eat right- try surrounding yourself with healthy snacks if you have to snack at all!. cost wise on your family it's cheaper too)!. give people something else to talk about when they start seeing how hard you're working!. working out takes discipline!. something i myself didn't have in high school!. i was in your boat!. i hated running at all costs and gym class was not my favorite!. i did cheerleaing b/c it was a passion and i was very good at it but i was not a tiny girl like the others!. i only recently had to force myself to work out b/c i'm in the process of joining the military, and after 3 yrs of college inactivity it is even harder than high school gym 2x a week!. i have to do this every day!. i don't always want to and i hate running still but it's worth it!.

take the time to exercise!. write out a weekly schedule of what you wanna work on!. clip out magazine articles on fitness activities, tape sayings that'll motivate you to your mirror, etc!. it's hard and it sucks to get motivation but once you start and start seeing results, trust me you'll wanna keep it up!. mix it up to what you like!. if you love bikes, try bike riding instead of running!. what does your school offer for you!? do they have a fitness center!? do they open up the weight room for all students!? get involved with athletics that interest you, or even better- community offered intramurals that aren't competitive and will accept you however your skills or appearance!. and more importantly, hang out with people who have the same ideals as you and make you feel good about yourself!. it's just high school honey, these people will most likely remain assholes their entire life!. you however, can always be a good person and change your image to match your insides in a HEALTHY way!. weight loss takes time, and anything otherwise can put you at serious risk for health problems!. don't resort to quick fixes b/c you could end up hurting your body severely and sometimes fatally!.

and if our suggestions of exercise and healthy eating aren't any help and you see you have a disorder, than you need to seek professional help!. even your school counselor and school nurse can help you out if you seek their assistance!. and sweetie, we are helping b/c we've all been there!. if you don't like our answers and are gonna do what you wanna, anyways than you shouldn't ask for the advice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't lose it very very very very very very very very fast!. That is dangerous and you will gain it back very very very very very very very very fast!. The best way is too eat 4 or 5 smaller healthier meals throughout the day!. At your age the weight will come off whether or not you exercise!. Losing 2 to 5 pounds a week is safe!.

*Edit: - Honey, we have all been to high school, yes, we know where you are coming from, that is why you are getting so much advice!. Believe me, in 5 years high school will mean nothing to you!.
