Question: Should i try the diet shakes!.!.!?
I'm 18, 5"4 & 121 lbs i know i'm not overweight and i have been toning up by stretches & specific workouts!.!. my diet is balanced, but i just want to lose a few kilos to make the process quicker!. i was thinking about going on the diet shakes!.!.!? what do you think!? or are these bad for your health!?
i realise people gain weight after they stop taking them but since my diet is balanced and i dont eat unhealthily, would that be a problem!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Diet shakes are so useless!. They are basically water with protein, sweeteners and fiber for a high cost!. Its best to just have a balanced snack or your own protein shake from home!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
