Exercise and weight loss. ?!

Question: Exercise and weight loss!. !?
I've been going to the gym 6 times a week for eight weeks now!. Diet has stayed the same!. Normal everyday type food with very little fast food or sugar!. Home cooked meals mostly!. I've mixed cardio and weight training on a daily rotation!. One day of 45 minute treadmill session and one day of a thirteen station weight workout!. I've seen great results as far as strength, stamina, and speed!. Then I went to the doctors office last week and I've gained one pound!. What's going on here!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Sounds like you are gaining muscle!. Remember muscle weighs more than fat and the more muscle you build the more fat you will burn!. Try switching out your cardio routine!. Do the elliptical one day, bike another day!. If your gym offers classes, try a step or Zumba class!. If you have access to a Zumba class you can burn up to 600 calories in one hour! I know how frustrating it can be not seeing the results you expect on the scale!. Why don't you try cutting out carbs and sugars!.!.!.That may be standing in the way too!. Try Phase I of Southbeach for 2 weeks!. I am down 8 lbs after only 8 days!. Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
