Working out on carpet?!

Yea, I work out on carpet all the time!. The only thing is if you are doing sit ups/crunches, I would put a towel, cover, or like a mat under you so you won't peel your skin on your back!. It happens sometimes!. Also I just workout with socks on when I'm at home!. Of course I would wear shoes at the gym!. You also want to make sure to wear shoes when you are running on the treadmill because running or jogging bare foot will hurt your feet and ankles after a long time!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
