How long does it take you guys to workout?!


Question: How long does it take you guys to workout!?
It takes me about an hour and a half, which is really too long for me, but I do it as fast as I can!. How long does it take you guys!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

for a gym style workout as in lifting weights about 45 minutes!. Your testosterone levels peak at around that time so for weigh training its better to cut it to that time, or at least not longer than an hour!.

For other style workouts especially cardio you can go longer!. if you do a sport you can train for coupld hours at a time like swimmers or boxers or long distance runners!. so it depends!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Depends on my training days and season!.Right now i am on cutting season!.

I workout every body part 1 once/week which is 5 bodyparts,1 hour!.

And 1 hr cardio every day/5 days/week

I dont recommend 1!.5 hrs training!.I am a bodybuilder and even 1!.5 hrs for me is extreme!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is possible to lose weight rapidly but you should be realistic and understand that if you lose weight quickly then you will almost certainly put it all back on again just as quickly!. I lost 6 pounds in recent times when I had a wedding to attend, and I did it by following the guidance supplied on the site in the box below!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I do cardio m,w,f: 30 min!., t,th: 45 min!. plus sculpting 3 times per week for 30 min!.

You can break it up if it is taking too much time!. Do some things in the morning and some in the evening!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

2 hours 4 days a week!. So, 8 hours a week!. That is a long time if you do it every day!. I like to have a few days off to let my muscles rebuild!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
