Is it better to do sets of exercises in a row or in a cycle?!


Question: Is it better to do sets of exercises in a row or in a cycle!?
I am wondering because I have done it both ways and am wondering if one is healthier/more efficient than the other!.

For example is it better to do three sets of bicep curls, three sets of chest press, then three sets of tricep pushbacks!.!.!.!.!.
(or)
a set of bicep, then chest, then tricep, then repeat three times!.

u do ur biggest muscles first regardless cuz they neeed more energy so do all ur chest exercises then tricep ones then bicep onesWww@Answer-Health@Com
