Question: I need help & motivation to start a diet!. I have about 60 pounds i'd like to lose!. :) HELP!!?
i am 19 and weigh 200 lbs!.!. (I've gained 50 lbs in a year!) I want to get back on track!.!. but cant stay focused and fall in to eating anything i want!. I need motivation, a food plan, and an excercise plan!. i need all the help i can get!! thank you!

If you have to lose weight you need to pace the loss!.!.which means you have 8 mths to lose 60 lbs!.!. so approximately 8lbs a month!.!.which is very achievable!.
Simple : You need to burn the calories you eat!.!.so if you at right (oats in the morning or 1 boiled egg !.!.and cut the carbs like rice and bread !.!.have more salads!.!.letuce!.!.grilled chicken or fish!.!.have dinner by 7!.30pm and do not have anything post that!.!.),
So you can start with this:
Morning: have 1 glass of warm water mix some lemon and little honey!.!.and drink it down like a medicine!.!.helps to burn fat faster
Go for a 30 min brisk walk!.!.
Come back and drink 2 glasses of water!.
Have breakfast!.!. (oats and a fruit!.!.cut down coffee!.!.have herbal tea!.!.if u need tea or coffee to keep you going)
Mid morning do not sneak into the kitchen for some cream crackers or a cheesy munch!.!. keep fruits with you at all times!.!.applies!.!.oranges!.!.!.avoid too many grapes!.!.

Lunch: Have a grilled chicken breast!.!.with some lettuce tomatoes cucumber!.!.!.salt pepper lime!.!.!.you can have wheat bread with this!.!.have a boiled potato as it is good carbs and u can burn this easily

Tea time: have a fruit!.!.or!.!. have a wheat bread sandwice without the butter or cheese!.!.

If you can sneak in another 20 min walk!.!.it wud be great!.!.

Dinner: have an arly dinner!.!.have grilled fish!.!.or some beans!.!.!.boiled carrots corn letuce salad!.!.soup!.!.!.

Imagine how pretty you will look when you lose the 60 pounds!.!.or possibly more!. I think looking at any skinny pretty girls should be enough motivation to make you want to lose the weight and have confidence!. Also, being 200 pounds at 19 is not healthy!. People look at obese people as "lazy, unhealthy" (stereotype) kind of people, and that should not be anything to be proud of!. Lose the weight! You can do it!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
