How do i tone my thighs without making to much muscle?!


Question: How do i tone my thighs without making to much muscle!?
My thighs are massive and I would like for them to be smaller and leaner, without to much muscle!. What exercises should i do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
Squats and lunges are good for the thighs (and glutes)!. I like three different stances for squats!. First with the feet shoulder length apart, then wider, when real wide!. Try for about 70 -90 squats every other day!. Another good exercise for the thighs is running!. Lateral shuffles seem to help too!. Stand sideways, then shuffle going one way, then the other way!. See if you don't feel it in the inner thigh the next day!. When you watch TV, sit up straight and put a pillow between your thighs, then squeeze the pillow and hold!.

Probably just stick with diet, because you'll lose overall!.
For me, any exercise seems to tone my body so!.!. right!.!.

However, I think muscle would be good!.
