I exercised Saturday night. I ache a little. Should I go again tonight?!

Question: I exercised Saturday night!. I ache a little!. Should I go again tonight!?
I am trying to start a running routine!. Here is how I am starting out:
Walk briskly ten minutes!.
Alternate jogging and walking for two minutes each for ten minutes!.
Walk briskly ten more minutes, slowing down to an easy walk for the last 5!.

I did that on Saturday night, and I didn't get the wind knocked out of me like I did when I tried to start out by running!. So far so good, I figure!.

Now, today I ache a bit!. Not debilitatingly so, I just kinda ache!. I was planning on going every other day, so today is next in the sequence, but I've heard people say you shouldn't exercise if you still ache!.

Should I wait!? Or just go again without increasing intensity tonight!?

Answers:
Continue to work out, stay at the same intensity tonight as you did on Saturday!. Working out again can actually help with the muscle soreness!. Stay at the same intensity until you aren't really sore after the exercise!. Once you are no longer sore then increase the intensity level!.

Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would advise just doing some leg stretches!. You should wait until you are completely better until exercising again!.

It's actually kinda weird!.!.!.!. If you strain your muscles by exercising them when they are not fully healed all the time, after a while your muscles will get smaller instead of bigger!.

Sounds like an awesome program though!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Personally I think you should, but you should do stretching first!. Be sure to stretch out your back, legs and anywhere else you feel the ache!. It will get easier in time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
