How do you keep yourself motived to work out and eat healthy?!


Question: How do you keep yourself motived to work out and eat healthy!?
I am trying to stick to my goals and eat right, but I am having trouble staying motivated! Any advice!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

For me, the best motivation is knowing how much better I'm going to feel after I do my work out!. Listening to upbeat, fun music helps me keep going during the actual work out too!.

Eating healthy is something I struggle with too, but again, just knowing that I'm going to feel so much better really helps! :) If you're still struggling, try telling other people about how you would like to eat healthier and ask them to point out when you're eating something you shouldn't!. read about how other people have changed there lives and look at their before and after photos!.!.!.!.!. take a photo of yourself everymonth and dont step on a scale because your weight doesnt mean if you lost fat or not its how you look in the mirror which is a good way to judge body fat changeWww@Answer-Health@Com
