Question: Loose 7 pounds for Halloween!?
I was on a diet and so far i lost 24!.8 pounds!.My mom keeps adding weight for me to lose and when i had 1 pound more to loose she says 7 MORE POUNDS!!!!!I want to loose it before halloween which is in 18 days!.!.!. any plans OR support will help :(Www@Answer-Health@Com

well, im doing the same thing!.
i would love to look slimmer by halloween!.

what i do is i go to the gym once or twice every week!.
it helps when you have a friend to go with you!.
it keeps you less bored and it gives you great moral support!.

when i dont go to the gym, I ride my bike or i walk A LOT!.
i jog a little and i do 100 crunches!. it helps tone!.

IF you do this right, you might even lose more than 7 pounds!. and its healthy and in my opinon, very efficient!.

Realistically, 7 lbs in 18 days is a tall order!.
Be proud of yourself!. You lose 24!.8 lbs!! That's a lot of weight to lose! Don't lose sight of how far you've came! Don't worry!. It sounds like your mom will never be satisfied, but in actuality, I'm sure she is also proud of you, but the only way she knows how to get you to keep going is to give you a goal, even if it's a really hard one to reach!. I would say a good goal for you would be to lose 2-4 lbs in 18 days!. To lose 7 more lbs, you would have to go the unhealthy strategy!.
Exercise, eat veggies, fruits, and lean meat!. If it is processed or is packaged, try not to eat it!. Avoid candy and sugar! You can eat carbs, but choose only complex carbs, not simple, as the complex stays in your body longer, keeping it full and you won't hit an insulin crash and have to devour everything in sight!.

Do what works for you!. Sounds like this diet is going great for you! If you hit a plateau, boost up the weight lifting!. No, you won't get bulky like a man!. Muscle boosts extra calorie burning, even when you are not working out, each extra lb of muscle burns a lot more calories then none!

run/bike everyday eat no more than 1500 calories and dont have any carbs starting now!. After 5 days the absence of carbs will cause your body to go into a state where it burns fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

holy god good job for losing that much but just keep on doin what you are doing i do not know your diet but here are some tipd only drink water no sweets and try to cut down on breads and pastasWww@Answer-Health@Com
