Question: If I have been a pescetarian for about 6 months will going back to eating meat make me sick!?

I eat fish now in the past week I have been eating more than usually with no ill effects, I really want some chicken, but I'm scared it's going to shock my system and make me really sick!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
