Answers:
have 1500 and that should keep your metabolism going and prevent your body going into starvation mode, but you will still lose sufficent weight xxxWww@Answer-Health@Com

I know that for a calorie controlled diet, women should have 1200 calories, I can't remember how many for men, but 1500 sounds about right!. Although a good diet should be about changing the foods you eat as opposed to cutting foods out for the duration of your diet!. You should also stop eating when you are no longer hungry, as opposed to when you are full!.

Hope this helps, good luck!! Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should cut out most of the treats!. If you were to eat the same food but as six smaller meals rather than the usual three meals per day then this alone will help you burn more calories as your metabolism will speed up more, thus burning more calories!.
This will also help you to stop eating as many treats as with six meals you ar ealways eating every few hours!.
Also try not to eat too late so your body has a chance to burn off the calories before you go to bed!.
Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It doesn't really matter how many calories you have each day!. What really matters is how much you burn!. As long as you burn more than you take, you will lose weight!.
But cutting down on chocolate and crisps is definitely good idea!. Just don't starve, it's just going to slow your metabolism down and will lead nowhere!. When you hungry, eat! Just watch what you're eating and how much of it!. And make sure you drink enough water!.

Start cutting down on the foods slowly and gradually to reach 1500 calories otherwise you will gain double the amount you are right nowWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well you can eat the same amount of calories(2500) but it is how you get them & when yopu eat them that is just as important!.
Cut out the chocolate & crisps & increase the exersize(even 30 minutes every other day on top of your PE to start)
Try to have some breakfast in trhe morning something like porridge which is slow release energy & a glass of fruit juice!. Take some fruit with you to school for break or get some at lunchtime!.
try not to eat too late at home, if you do feel the need to snack either have a large glass of squash/fruit juice or water that will help!. The brain often confuses hunger with thirst!.
You can always look on the net for good foods to eat, to be honest 'DIETING' is just not worth the hassle!. Just change what you eat & increase the amount of exersize, dont worry about losing weight so much as losing fat!. Muscle is 50% denser than fat so if you increase muscle mass & lose fat your body weight may well stay the same!.

Good luck
