Question: Can I lose 7 lbs by Halloween!? If so how can I do it!? More details inside!.!.!.!?
Okay first of all I've always been skinny, up until I got with my hubby-ladies you know how that is! haha! Anyway, 2 years ago I gained about 15lbs and lost it all in like 2 months, by doing the following:

8 am-eating a green apple
10:30-Eating breakfast with my mom whatever she had I would eat it (usually leftovers) with my water, and no tortillas
around noon: I would use the treadmill for 30 minutes, usually jogging
if I got hungry around 1 pm or so I would get a yogurt, or another fruit such as banana, watermelon
3-eat with my mom again, whatever she has
4:30-go home, cook dinner for my hubby
if by 6 pm he's not home, I would sometimes eat a little bit of what I made, if not a cereal, then around 7 pm I would do jumping jacks, do sit ups on the ab lounge, and wouldn't eat anything else for the rest of the day!.

Does this sound like a good diet/exercise plan!? Is it possible to lose 7 lbs by the end of this month!? or at least 4!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
