there is no easy way, losing weight needs 100% commitment!.

i have tried lots of diets, i wouldn't recommend a quick weight loss as the fat will come back twice as much!.

try eating 500 calories less a day so for a woman its 1500 as we are allowed 2000 a day, this will help you lose around 2 pounds a week but you might want to exercise as well, maybe go for a walk if you have a dog take the dog round the block etc!.

dont starve yourself, a lot of people make this mistake but your body will go into starvation and it will store your whatever you eat as fat to live!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
