Question: Is it okay to take a day off from exercising if you feel sore!?
im starting to feel the effects from the ammount of exercise, or rather the intensity!. Tae-bo, advanced for one hour!. god! im sore from head to toe lol!. is it okay to take a day off and "recover" and then get back on it the next day!? if i eat healthy and such i wont gain weight from not exercising right!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
