Breakfast:nothing
Lunch: A school pizza (so its like a square, not actual pizza size but its real thick)
Dinner: 6 fishfingers :O greedy
a loada chips
and some baked beans

Hi Rose, I think you need to do some research on how to eat quality foods that will make you fit and well and slim!. You are too young to think about dieting this will only make you fatter in the long term - your body needs a regular intake of good foods to keep your metabolism high!. When you don't eat a decent breakfast you will make your metabolism very sluggish and then the food you eat later will not be used as efficiently!. that's a VERY POOR diet!. No real protein, no fruit or vegetables, no calcium, hardly any fibre!.
I suggest:
breakfast: (ALWAYS eat something) baked beans on toast, a banana, glass of milk
lunch: jacket potato, tuna, salad!. A glass of fruit juice
dinner: spaghetti bolognese (lean mince, dry-fry it), yoghurt!.
snacks: fruit, salad, cream crackers with low-fat spread!.

I agree with the person above me!. If you think that's a bad day, you're crazy!. Plus, there are studies that say people who skip breakfast weigh more on average than people who don't!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
