okay so im 17 5'8 and weigh 135!. but i feel big lately!. can anyone tell me how to lose 10 pounds in about a week!. anything!. just to get it down then i will go all healthy and do it the right way!. thanks =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

i am a 17 year old female who weighs approximately 50 kilos and I am 168cm in height!. I go to the gym three times a week for an hour of cardio (mainly on the cross trainer) and according to the machines i burn about 850-950 calories each time!. ( i know the machines aren't that accurate)!.
My daily diet is ;
Breakfast: all bran with semi skimmed milk and 2 pieces of fruit ussually nectarines!. (300 calories ish)
Snack: apple (50 calories)
Lunch; turkey sandwich (whole meal break and turkey slices no spread) (150 calories)
Snack; will bar (213 calories)
Dinner; varied but consists of 300 calories!. tonight i had a fish cake, green beans and noodles!.
Dessert; 250 calories!.!.maybe and icecream or yohgurt and bar
Supper; cereal with semi skimmed milk (allbran or special k) with a piece of fruit (250-300 calories)

I drink two litres of water each day and i have about two diet drinks and two cups of green tea!.

do cardio : walking, running, riding your bike, swimming!. or an exercise machine!.

I am 15 years old and I went on a diet the whole summer,and lost 27 pounds!.I was 167 and now I am 140!.The healthy way,no smoking,nothing!.So,Im going to give you some tips on what I did and a few exercises that helped me!.

I would suggest buying everything diet!.I eat Special K cereal,it has 110 calories and it tastes great!.The orange juice I bought was Minute Maid Light,it has half the calories and sugar that a regular orange juice has!.Buy some yogurts to keep in your fridge!.This will come as a snack when you are hungry!.I used to eat Yo-plait Light Yogurts!.My favorite flavor was Key Lime Pie and Orange Cream!.They taste good!.Also,you need to eat more fruits!.The only fruits I ate were apples!.But you can have any you like,it doesn't matter!.

Eliminate all fat foods and SODA!.Try not to eat anything greasy and fattening,such as fast food!.If you do however go to McDonald's,Wendy's,etc buy a salad!Remember that they sell salads,not just big macs an everything else your not supposed to have!.Try to only drink Sprite Zero!.It doesn't taste diet at all and dont drink diet coke!That is bad and actually contains more fat then the regular coke!.

As for exercises,I did 100 jumping jacks a day!.And 45 sit ups a day!.Do not do the 45 sit ups all at once,do 15 three times a day!.I also looked up on youtube some easy cardio and Tea bo with billy banks!.I walked around my neighboorhood for 30 mins!.If your neighboor hood is not that big,still walk around but for more time!.I always carried my iPod with me,makes time go faster!.Also,dont be afraid to jog eiter!Jogging is of course much better,but you dont have to kill yourself out there!.

You might want to weigh yourself every week!.Pick a day that is good for you,and weigh yourself!.It has to be in the morning and without clothes on!.Your clothes will change the weight!.I weighed myself each Saturday!.Also,remember that your 15 and the most weight you should lose per week is 2-3 pounds!.I know it doesnt seem alot,but if you lose 2-3 pounds each week,your gonna be slim in no time!
