Question: Is this ok to eat!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
I'm suppose to not be eating any junk for food so that I can lose weight now!. I haven't had any sweets in almost 2 weeks now, but now I am really craving a cookie!. I just bought an Oatmeal Raisin cookie from an Einstiens, and I just want to know will that be bad for me to eat!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have a cookie!. 1 cookie never killed a diet, the 4-5 cookies AFTER the first one are what kill it!. ;)

For practical, real world reference: I enjoyed 2 cookies this week and also a schooner of beer yesterday during football and I still posted a 1/2 lb loss this week, probably more after the retained water weight from the beer is flushed out of me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have to "give in" to cravings a little or you will binge and your diet will fail!. If you have will power, break the cookie in half and save the rest for later!. If not, put the other half in the trash or run it under some water!. You'll get your fix without ruining your diet!. I am assuming, though, that this is a large cookie!. If not, just eat the whole thing =P OR, what i find is effective, go work out for a little bit and then come back and see if you still want to eat it!. You probably won't!. And if you do, then at least youve burnt those calories! Like others have said, one cookie wont hurt you, its the binge that can happen afterwardWww@Answer-Health@Com

If you don't have it, your cravings will keep building up and one day you'll just eat a whole pack of them or something!.
