How can I lose 70 pounds in 7 months?!


Question: How can I lose 70 pounds in 7 months!?
I am 13 and I am 5'4 and 195 pounds and I want to lose 10 pounds every month for 7 months so I can get down to 125 pounds!. What food should I eat and I know I am going to workout using an elliptical machine for 45 minutes 4 days a week!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well I tried this eat a snack when ever you get hungry dont starve your self but only drink water!.Water will fill you up alot more than drinking cokes!.
