Answers:
Well, aspartame is not organic, unlike sugar!. As a chemical product, it can be produced to be up to 180 times sweeter!. Since it is so much stronger, much less aspartame is needed in a product to make it equally as sweet as it would be if sugar was used!. So, less sweetener substance equates to less calories!.

The downside to this is aspartame can't be used in baking!. That's because it's chemical composition breaks down at high temperatures!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

PLEASE DON'T PUT THIS POISON IN YOUR BODY!!! Aspartame, Splenda (Sucralose), and Equal (Saccharine) are soooo bad for you!. They have done research and have found that all these artificial sweeteners cause autism in kids, multiple sclerosis, and a butt load of other things!. Please, remember that your body KNOWS what to do with sugar because it comes from earth, artificial sweeteners come from LABORATORIES!. I hate to rant, but the only reason it is allowed on the market is because big companies that make tons of money off of "Sugar free" food have lobbyists that make the FDA pass this poison!. Do yourself a favor and stay away from that stuff!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
