My brothers weight problem?!


Question: My brothers weight problem!?
my lil brother is a little fat kid who gets pick at in school and doesnt like to go out on the weekends because of his weight!.!.i tried to get him to go runnin or walkin or even to the park but he's to shame to go out in public!.!.so what is some in door exercises he can do to help him loose weight!.!. atleast 40 pounds!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Richard Simmons videos are kind of fun!. Start with some of the shorter ones first!. Don't get discouraged if they are a bit confusing to follow at first!. After a week or two it won't be so confusing!. Some of them have toning routines on them in addition to aerobics!. If you don't have weights or exercise bands, lift soup cans instead during that part!. You will be surprised if you do a tape two or three times a week how quickly you build up your stamina!. You might also like to try some basic yoga to increase flexibility and tone!. You can check out the videos from the library or video store to try them out and only buy the ones you really like!. If he is on the younger side, you might like to race each other around the yard at a fast walk, throw a football, kick a ball around, etc!. You could do this after dinner instead of dessert!.You did not ask about diet, but decreasing fat and sugar intake and increasing fruits and veggies will help too!. you should tell your parents that your brother has a serious weight problem and if you guys don't fix it now then he might become obese!. you should get him on a weight watchers program and maybe have him do fun exercises/chores so that he won't feel ashamed!. like tell him to empty the dishwasher in 3 minutes on a full load!. or tell him to do 10 laps around the house in 5 minutes and he'll win a prize (it depends on his age) do something secretive so he won't be like "hey you're trying to make me loose weight b/c u think I'm fat!" then he'll be mad!. if he gets to that point say something on these lines: "no, i thought it would be a fun game for you!." etc!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The obvious way to burn fat is to eat less and move more, the problems surface when we in reality try to put that into practice! There are lots of opportunities to fail in the real world aren't there!?!
