Question: How can i get supermodel skinny!?
I want to be like Izabel goulart (my favourite model)!.!.!.

Im trying to get with a modeling agency, but by looking at their site, I got to lose some pounds!.!.

What do you suggest!?

I am gonna try to go on the Water diet!? or Liquid diet!?

Dont tell me to eat fruit and veggies, Ive been doing that!.!. and i ve resulted to this thing!.!. so dont!

it's a slow process but exercise
at least an hour a day and eat

but it's true! Drink lots of water! like
3 bottles a day! = Aquafina Size
it will give a healthy glow for model status!
Jump Rope ALOT for exercise like

If you seriously wanted to loose weight just to be really skinny, I think the best way is to eat healthy food in smaller portions in more meals a day would help!. Cut out fatty foods too!. Plus drink water!. Also exercising would help!. Cardio, aerobics, ab workouts would most likely all help in the long run!. But don't starve yourself!. That's probably the worst way to loose weight!. Plus, I don't think that in order for you to be a model at an agency that you have to loose a ton of weight just to be like the stereotype of what models are!. Supermodel skinny isn't attractive!. You're probably already a perfect weight!.

If you do diet, however, do it carefully!. Eat at least 1500 calories a day, just do it healthily!. Exercise, but not too much!. Starving yourself, or going on an all liquid diet doesn't help!. All it does is slow down your metabolism so much that when you DO eat something, it stays in your system that much longer!.

Personally, i think that models are too skinny!. but it is your life!. I will not tell you how to diet, but will tell you that drinking only water will cause you to be sick!. And liquid diets don't work either!.

but you are right!. they survive on diet coke and cigarettes!. and chewing gum!. that is it!.

maybe 1 bite of food a day if someone is watching!. but it is very unhealthy!.

do what you feel is right, but men don't like sticks!. even brooke shields is not that skinny, and she is prettier than all those french models!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do a lot of cardio exercise!. At least 20 minutes a day!. Eat a balanced diet but cut out sugars and saturated fats as much as possible!. Don't starve yourself b/c that is so unhealthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Be careful not to workout too much thou!.
Cause you might produce more muscle and muscle weighs more then fat (But makes you look skinnier errr!.!.!.confusing much!?)
Try not to cut your Calorie Intake to suddenley as your metabolism will adjust to burn that much, so start off by like cutting out snacks, do this for like 3-7 days, and throughout that do loads of cardio (Jogging, Jumping, anything that gets your pulse up) and then after snacks try and cut out all the fatty things!.
Water also helps, it may sound like a pain in the *** but my friend lost loads of weight byy drinking it as it shrinks your stomach making you eat less!. Diet fizzy drinks are good as well as when your hungry they fill you up!.
Btw i can see why you want to look like the model shes gorgeous!
Be careful with the gum as too much might make the lining of your stomach been eaten away (happend to my friend)
