Why are pullups and chinups so hard for me to do?!
Question: Why are pullups and chinups so hard for me to do!?
I do reverse curls and curls with weights!. I can do many pushups!. I also do leg lifts!. But why are pullups and chinups so hard for me to do!? I can't do many at all!. Even when I was in great shape before this, I wasn't able to do many!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

because you're lifting all of your body weight and if you're very muscular or big, it will be hard to liftWww@Answer-Health@Com
Your whole body weight may be too much for you now (especially if you lift alot of weights)!. Try doing them with someone supporting your feet, then eventually you will be able to do them without assistance!. I had the same problem when I started wrestling!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You're probably not use to it!. When I started doing them, I could barely do 5!. When I do like 25-30 max!. You just have to take working at it and you will be able to do more and more with time!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
