Can You Eat Whatever You Want To Eat, If It Is Healthy?!


Question: Can You Eat Whatever You Want To Eat, If It Is Healthy!?
Like what im trying to say is, if you eat A LOT of fruit and vegetables, and Cereals, anything with whole grain in it!.!. "Will You Get Really Fat", and if u dont exercise too!?

Well i do "Sometimes", when im off my 1,500 calories a day, for some odd reason my body wants to eat a TON of food!.

So IF im going to eat a lot, im going to eat a lot of healthy foods!.!.

So my question is can you eat a lot of healthy foods and not get as fat if u did eat Unhealthy foods!?

When im "eating normally", i will eat 1,500 calories a day, and go running for an hour, and sometimes an hour and a half ( depends if i got enough sleep the night before)

I just want to know, and even if i didn't exercise AT ALL, is it still really good just to eat a lot of healthy foods!?

The best thing you can do is just eat healthy all the time!. Your body needs more then 1,500 calories a day!. When you stop eating 1,500 calories, your body wants to stock up on foods and you will gain weight!. Even if it's healthy foods, once you start eating more your body will store it all and save it for other days that it needs it!. You might not get fat, but you could gain a few pounds by eating that way!.
Stick to a regular diet and regular exercise, which will maintain your weight or even help you shed some pounds!. Even when your off of a diet or something you could gain weight by going back to your old eating habits!. It's always good to eat healthy foods, but you have to eat the right ones!. Don't just eat all grapes, and all fruit!. Eat some grains, some fruit, some vegtables and some meat!. Maybe even some beans or something!. Eat in proportion, and eat small meals throughout the day!. Don't eat a big breakfast, a small lunch and a medium dinner!. Eat a medium breakfast, a healthy snack later ( an apple, some grapes, granola bar something) Eat lunch, make sure its as big as your breakfast, then if you need it a small and healthy snack!.Dinner, eat it healthy and meduim size!.!. Or a small breakfast snack lunch and dinner!. whatever suits you best!. Eating regularly keeps your metabolism up!. Keeps your metabloism going!. If you eat here and there and sometimes don't eat, your metabolism will slow down!.
Ice cold water as soon as you wake up, and water throughout the day will keep your metabolism going, and running faster!.

Also all you need is 18 minutes of excersize a day!. Going to mall and shopping fis all the excersize you actually need in a day!.

If you exercise and eat tons of healthy food you'll gain fat and muscle!.
If you do not exercise and eat tons of healthy food, you'll just get fat!.!.!. Because you're eating healthier you might have higher horomones like testosterone but not so much extra that you'll get buff without exercising!.

Maybe!. The key is to get a balanced diet, with a sufficiency of vitamins, minerals, and particularly the essential amino acids -- which is a non-trivial task if you are a vegetarian!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its all about calories!. I don't care what you eat!. If you take in more calories than you burn, you are going to gain weight!. Its all common sence!. Don't fall for the diet fads

If your body is hungry!.!.!.you're not capturing all the things your body needs in your diet!.

Remember, most fat people don't eat because they're hungry!. They eat constantly, regardless of hunger!. They eat ridiculous portions, often not tasting a thing, just to get the satisfaction of consumption!.

Don't be afraid of having a greasy hamburger or a burrito!. If you're keeping that level of activity constant, your body will burn it up anyway!. But your current diet of 1500 cals a day should only be if you are proactively trying to lose weight!.

If you're a teenager and in full throttle growth, don't be afraid to push that back up to 2000!. Your body needs all the nutrients, fats, proteins, and carbs it can get at that age!.

Generally, it's when you're my age (29) that good eating habits are required to maintain proper body weight!.

That's why I only eat at the dinner table!. I never watch tv or read a book while I eat!. And I often chew my food at least 10 times before I swallow, enjoying the taste and flavors (which encourages me not to eat greasy, fatty, or artificially flavored foods!.!.!.which taste awful when you focus on the flavor)!.

And I never eat when I'm not hungry!.
