Question: I'm 13 & I need a Strict diet & exercise plan!.!?


Let me tell you, I hate being fat!. I'm 13 & I weigh 150 pounds & I'm 5'4 or like 5'5!. It isn't fair because all of my friends eat like pigs and they are so skinny!. When I eat anything, I gain like alot!. People think I'm skinny because I suck my stomach in all day!. I hate it!. I can never just stand and talk to someone without me thinking that they are like "ewww!." It isn't fair!. All I mainly have is like a fat stomach!. Most of it is like my lower section, and like on my sides, I have this fat there & It won't go away! It makes me mad! (they are called like love handles, muffin top, etc) I can't go walking by myself, because I live in the middle of nowhere in Alabama, and I'm scared to go without anyone!. I don't have anyone to go with!. My mom's leg is like mest up so she can't take me!. I don't know what to do!. I try to diet, But like everyday we go to sonic & I get food!. loll!.


But anyways, I can't walk anywhere, we don't have any big exercise equipment, and I my mom always buys fat snacks!.
So I want someone on here to give me a GOOD DIET PLAN!.
I Bought an exercise ball at walmart & I want to learn some GOOD exercises for my stomach and sides!. Maybe my thighs and butt too!. lol!.
I just need help!.

Ok maybe being a veggie would help!. Don't become one over night, but go slowly into it!. Get a membership at the local 24 fitness!. Refuse junk food!. Eat those veggie crisp things from Trader Joes, they taste better than trashy popcorn!. Go organic, make healthy choices, and no liposuction!. Sometimes they put your belly button on the side of your stomach and that surgery is just unnatural!.!.!.
Don't force your self into anything about dieting, if u r planning on trick or treating, trick or treat for UNICEF, it helps a good organization and it stops junkie candy!. Make a section on your igoogle page called "fitness and dieting!." Be comfortable!. Find a good dieting plan, maybe hypnotize stuff, sounds weird but IDKK maybe it'll work!. first thing first spot reduction does not exist so you will be losing Body Fat all over your body nearly equally if you get serious about dieting and exercise!.

Seeing as you have little to no access to exercise equipment I suggest doing a varied and intensive calisthenic routine stuff like pull/chin/push/sit ups, crunches, jumping jacks ect

I suggest a low/zero carb diet high in protein and good fats and no more than a 300-400 calorie deficit a dayWww@Answer-Health@Com
